The teen heartthrob posed in a tight white T-shirt which showed off the bulk he put on for the Twilight sequel.
But he failed to scotch gay rumours or confirm he was dating country star TAYLOR SWIFT during the magazine's interview. Asked about his sexuality, Taylor replied, "OK, I see where you're going. Interesting choice."
Then he added: "There's a lot of rumours out there."
The two Taylors have been linked since they filmed scenes together in the forthcoming movie Valentine's Day, but neither has confirmed the romance. And the 17-year-old, who plays wolfboy Jacob in the vampire trilogy, once more dodged the question.
"We got along great," he said.
"We instantly clicked. And she's - she's an amazing girl.
"Aside from being beautiful, she's extremely funny, charismatic and fun to be around, and so we definitely get along. We're close."
